Antipasti

  • Octopus carpaccio, capers, arugula salad, shaved Reggiano, drizzled with extra-virgin olive oil and charred lemon, topped with caper mayo, kalamata, and truffle mayo.

  • Buffalo burrata with heirloom tomatoes, pumpkin seeds, pickled cabbage, drizzled with extra-virgin olive oil, fig balsamic reduction, and basil | Add Prosciutto San Daniele

  • Charcuterie with cured Italian meats, imported and local cheeses, fresh berries, pickled vegetables, house-made bread, and seasonal marmalade

  • One pound of mussels, sautéed in olive oil, capers, fresh tomatoes, parsley, and white wine with a touch of butter.

  • Grilled mozzarella, olive oil, heirloom tomatoes, and basil.

  • Italian croquettes made with arborio rice, wild mushrooms, and fontina.

  • Fried calamari and shrimp with pickled cucumbers, charred lemon, and chipotle mayo.

  • Sourdough crostini with fresh tomatoes, red onion, kalamata olives, and basil, drizzled with extra-virgin olive oil and fig balsamic vinegar.

  • Sautéed shrimp in white wine, drizzled with extra-virgin olive oil, garlic, tomato, capers, and parsley, served on sourdough crostini.

  • Thinly sliced beef drizzled with extra-virgin olive oil, lemon, capers, red onions, arugula, and shaved Parmigiano Reggiano, served with truffle mayo.

  • Shrimp sautéed in white wine, extra-virgin olive oil, garlic, tomato, capers, and parsley served in a Parmigiano Reggiano cheese basket.

Zuppa E Insalata

  • Cream of wild mushrooms with sourdough croutons.

  • Lentil and sausage soup.

  • Mixed baby greens, arugula, salami, prosciutto, crispy speck, Kalamata olives, cucumbers, tomatoes, shaved parmesan, and Asiago cheese. Balsamic vinaigrette.

  • Romaine lettuce with our homemade Caesar dressing, sourdough croutons, and shaved Parmesan Reggiano | Marinated white anchovies upon request

  • Spring mix, caramelized walnuts, goat cheese, and balsamic vinaigrette.

House Made Ravioli & Risotto

  • Lemon and ricotta ravioli in a light tomato sauce.

  • Porcini mushroom and truffle ravioli with a creamy tomato mushroom sauce, topped with fresh black truffles.

  • Lobster and ricotta-stuffed ravioli with saffron cream and lobster sauce.

  • Arborio rice with an array of wild mushrooms, white wine, cream, and parmesan.

  • Salmon and ricotta ravioli served in a light dill cream and tomato sauce.

  • Butternut squash ravioli with brown butter sage sauce.

Pasta

House-made daily with Molina grassi semolina. Any of this pasta can be made gluten-free or vegan upon request (rice and corn vegan and gluten-free pasta)

  • Fettuccine served with smoked salmon, capers, and spinach in a cream and heirloom tomato sauce.

  • Pappardelle pasta with bolognese meat sauce.

  • Potato gnocchi with bolognese meat sauce.

  • Potato gnocchi with homemade creamy pesto, walnut base.

  • Fettuccine with gorgonzola cream sauce.

  • Spaghetti with pesto and grilled chicken,walnut base.

  • Fresh tomatoes, mushrooms, bell pepper and zucchini sauteed in a light pomodoro sauce.

  • Slow-cooked Italian style, served with saffron risotto.

  • Short rib served with creamy polenta, ragù, and brussel sprouts.

  • Whole baked branzino with herbs, roasted fingerling potatoes, brussel sprouts, and charred lemon.

  • Chicken parmigiana baked with prosciutto, tomato sauce, and mozzarella, served with spaghetti pomodoro.

  • Brioche bun with an 8-ounce black Angus patty, tomato, romaine, fresh mozzarella, and pesto, topped with crispy speck. Served with French fries or salad.

  • Mashed potatoes, baby carrots, and brussels sprouts.
